There are no costs for any services and no insurance is billed. Including, if needed:
o Diagnostic testing
o Neurologic evaluation
o Psychologic evaluation
o Memory testing
o Study related medications
o CT/MRI if needed
o Specialized Blood Tests
o Discussion and Explanation of condition
COMPENSATION FOR TIME & TRAVEL
For time and travel to and from the center compensation is provided and transportation is available if needed.
